The Warrior

The brave man that survived the war named Tony. He was a great Soldier but one of his good mates died in the terrifying war. He has been in 3 wars and only 2 of his good friends died not bad for 3 wars but it would be really sad seeing your friend die. He killed 10 people with a sniped and 30 with the AK - 47. He was so close to getting blown up by a grinade but he threw it back and got the guy that threw it. At this point it was getting intense and there was 10 men left and he was one of them they had 16 more men fighting.

We were out numbered by 6 men this looked like it was the end but then Tony had a plan it was exalant. The other men distracted them and Tony went around to the back to sneak up on them. It actually worked he saved his contry. So they went back home to his wife Jennifer and his son Bob. 

My Chocolate Earth.

 

The chocolate is the crust of the earth and that is were we live. The marchmallow is the mantle, the M & M shell was the outer core and the chocolate in the M & M was the inner core.

 
 

Our MakeyMakey Controler.

I worked with Hezekiah and Duke and we made pumpkin Makey Makey controller. Makey Makey you can make controlers with stuff that conducts like Play-Doh, tin foil and paper clip. 

We are conductive because we have a lt of water in are selfs and we have electricity flowing through your body.

I think on our makeymakey our play - Doh was to close to each other. 

Earth Layers

Today we learnt about the earth layers like the inner core,outer core and the crust of the Earth which is the edge of the Earth so its where we live. I did this in a Google drawing I did New Zealand,Australia and South Africa.

The core

Let’s start at the very centre of the Earth. The word ‘core’ means the central part of something, for example, an apple has a core. The Earth has an inner core and an outer core. Scientists think that the inner core is solid and mainly made of iron. Iron is very hard – that’s why knights used it to make their armour. The outer core is also mostly iron, but this layer is liquid (melted) iron.

The mantle

The next layer is called the mantle. It is made of rock. It is very hot in this part of the Earth, causing the rock to behave a little bit like a liquid and a solid.

The crust

The crust is the part of the Earth that we walk on. Compared to the other layers, it is quite thin and breakable. You can think of the crust of the Earth as being a bit like the crust of a pie – although this crust is 5–70 km deep depending on whether you are under the ocean or on top of a mountain! The Earth’s crust is not one continuous surface like on a tennis or soccer ball. The crust is ‘broken’ into enormous pieces called tectonic plates.

Tectonic plates

Scientists think that the crust of the Earth is made up of six large (major) tectonic plates and a few smaller ones. These plates fit together like puzzle pieces and float on the partially molten mantle. They slowly move and bump against each other at a rate of a few millimetres to up to 20 cm per year. It is this bumping and rubbing that causes earthquakes and volcanoes.

 

Edible trees for Canterbury

At school there has been some new apple trees three are 3 of them and apricot and one nectarine tree.

sometimes at breaktime some people go into the garden and I was not one of them and I did not plant the trees. But me Tyson Sonny and Noah S filled all the dirt into the holes that they put the tree in.

                At school we have planted new trees like 3 apple trees, nectarines and a apricot tree.

                I wasn't at the garden at the time but I heard they planted some new trees. 

                We made little plants in plastic bags with soil and stones.

Harden The Puppy.

 

This is harden the puppy. He is currently playing at the park with his favorite toy, his purple ball. He is 2 months old. He has been taken to the park by his owner for him to play with his favorite toy. They played fetch and he was biting the ball but then it just POPPED. So When he turned 1 years old he got a new purple ball and he got 2. He started jumping up and down with excitement. He said ruff ruff ruff.

They went to the park and the ball slipped out of his mouth and went in the basketball so all the people playing basketball said WOW that was sick!. So he started working on playing basketball and wants to get in the NBA. But some dog came up to him and said he can play in the 

DBA In dog world. So he started playing in the DBA.

He was like James harden but in the DBA.
